The Art-casting house Pfeifer is a second generation family business. Wolfgang Pfeifer established it in 1983 after leaving his employment, working as a caster since 1958, because he aimed for individuality and something unique.

His first sculptures of bronze were made with sandbox technique and later on, lost wax technique. Driven by the success of manufacturing high-quality casts Pfeifer established his workshop next to his residence. Later he establishes another one in the Czech Republic. Pfeifer benefits from the professional support of his wife Jana. Using her artistic instincts, she assists in the production of patina or in creating models for custom made sculptures.
